I have received and watched both of your videos today. I found that they were extremely informative. “How to be a successful make-up artist” was especially useful for a young student like myself with little to no professional training. It actually relieved some of the tension and nervousness that I have felt about diving headfirst into an unknown field. In fact, I now appreciate my “lack of training.” Instead of seeing myself as inexperienced as I did before the video. I realize the advantage of having no prior preconceived ideas about the “only” way to learn art of make-up. I also loved that the video focused on the idea of the make-up artist as an entrepreneur, a business owner, and the importance of selling the self. I also loved the work that you did in “Multi-Beauty Techniques” I loved that you explained not only every step that you took, but also why you took them. I can see that I have much to learn about the profession make-up industry, but after watching your videos, I have never been so excited about learning. Thank you again so much. I hope that we can keep in touch and maybe even work together in the future.
