How to Use Powder Liner:

• Sharpen applicator and then use a paper towel to brush off the point so that it is slightly rounded.
• Working from the inner edge of the lid, stipple outward toward the outer edge of the lid and blending it into the laugh line.
• Using the spongy side, blend in short stippling motions to soften the line and achieve a smoky look.
