How to Apply Lipliner:

• Use a neutral color of lip liner to outline the lips and fill-in the entire lip.
• Start at the corner and stipple (short strokes) up toward the top of the lip, slightly rounding out the points of the upper lip by stippling slightly above the natural lip line.
• To apply liner to bottom lip, stipple liner following the natural shape of lip.
• On the middle of the bottom lip, drop slightly under the natural lip line.
