How to Use Studio-Essentials' Slim Eye-Liner:
- Dip brush into liquid eyeliner.
- Brush off excess onto a tissue.
- Start on inside of eyelid (closest to nose).
- Stroke out toward the outer edge.
- As you get close to the edge, slightly lift brush up, to give look of Hollywood line and open up eyes.
